Detour for M-55 Cooley Bridge project to change this week

PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing $4.9 million for continued maintenance work on the M-55 Cooley Bridge over the Pine River in Manistee County.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
This work has required a detour of highway traffic on local roads: Seaman Road, Hoxyville Road, 48 1/2 Road, and M-37. The Manistee County Road Commission is finishing a resurfacing project on Snyder Road. When complete, the portion of the detour route on Seaman Road will be moved to Snyder Road.
