M-52 resurfacing in Shiawassee County starts Aug. 6

PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $2.9 million to resurface 11.75 miles of M-52 in Shiawassee County.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
M-52 traffic will be maintained with daytime flag control from south of Perry to the county line; motorists can expect overnight flag control from I-69 north to Delany Road.
SAFETY BENEFITS:
This work will improve the driving surface and extend the life of the roadway.
