M-91 resurfacing project in Greenville begins this week
COUNTY: Montcalm HIGHWAY: M-91 (Greenville Road, Lafayette Street) CLOSEST CITY: Greenville START DATE: Tuesday, July 10, 2018 ESTIMATED END DATE: Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018 PROJECT DETAILS: The Michigan Department of Transportation is investing $600,000 to resurface 2.3 miles of M-91 from Snows Lake Road north to Sunnyside Court. Work also includes joint repairs and sidewalk ramp upgrades compliant with the Americans Disabilities Act (ADA) at the Flat River Trail crossing. Project map: https://tinyurl.com/yd3hdmc3 TRAFFIC IMPACT: Lane closures under flag control will be used to maintain traffic. SAFETY BENEFITS: This project will improve the ride quality and extend the service life of the roadway.
