MDOT plans meeting to discuss
M-123 Black Creek project.
WHAT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) invites the public to a meeting to discuss the upcoming M-123 Black Creek box culvert installation project. The meeting will follow an open house format. Construction plans will be available for review, and there will be opportunities for residents and business owners to ask questions or speak one-on-one with MDOT officials.

BACKGROUND:
MDOT will be investing a little more than $1 million to install a concrete box culvert on M-123 over Black Creek near Paradise in Chippewa County. The project also includes associated paving and guardrail installation. Work will require intermittent lanes closures under flag control and a temporary signal. The project is expected to start May 30 and be completed in early September.
