M-21 resurfacing in Shiawassee and Clinton counties starts Sept. 12

PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $1.9 million to resurface M-21 from the Maple River to Delaney Road in Shiawassee and Clinton counties. Additional work includes joint repairs and pavement markings.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
One lane of alternating traffic will be open under flag control.
