Upcoming ramp and lane closures at I-96/US-23

I-96/US-23, Livingston County
The following closures will take place to complete a traffic shift on the eastbound I-96 CD lanes at US-23:
- Single lane closure on eastbound I-96 starting at 8 p.m. today through 5 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13
- Single lane closure on southbound US-23 starting at 7 p.m. today through 6 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13
- The ramp from northbound US-23 to eastbound I-96, and the ramp from southbound US-23 to eastbound I-96 closed starting at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, through 6 a.m. on Thursday, July 14.
The posted detour when each ramp is closed is westbound I-96 to Grand River (exit 145) to eastbound I-96.
- Starting Wednesday, July 13, for approximately 1 week, anyone traveling on the eastbound I-96 CD lane must exit at either Spencer Road or US-23 as the eastbound CD lane will not continue through to I-96.
