The New MDOT Permit Gateway (MPG) is anticipated to Go-Live July 17th, 2015.
Please read the following instructions carefully:
Any permit related items you have pending in your shopping cart for IHAP, CPS, or MiTRIP, must be paid for prior to July 10, 2015:
- Pay for any shopping cart items that are needed.
- Delete shopping cart items that are “not” needed.
- Delete any expired shopping cart items.
- Please note: You may continue to order permits during this time. However, any shopping cart transactions created after July 10th must be paid for on an immediate basis.
- Note: Items pending in the customer’s One Stop shopping cart will not be transferred to the MPG Site.
Customers that have multiple User ID’s associated with the same E-mail address should:
- Change the E-mail addresses to one that is unique to each ID using the “My Business Profile” section in Michigan Business One Stop, or
- Choose which User ID the customer would like to use and request MDOT to have the account information merged under the account they are keeping.
- Customers must inform MDOT of the Preferred User ID by Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at MDOT-MPG@michigan.gov
- Note: Having multiple User ID's associated with the same E-mail address can lead to potential payment process issues.
