Join the DNR at the Michigan Science Teachers Assocation conference March 8 & 9

Dear Educators,
Looking for inspiration and new ideas? The Michigan DNR will be offering six presentations at the 2013 Michigan Science Teachers Association (MSTA) conference at Eastern Michigan University, March 8 and 9. On Friday, DNR staff will be offering presentations all day:
9:00-9:45 Nature in and Out of the Classroom with Natalie Elkins
10:00-10:45 Lions and Carp and Bears, Oh MY with Kevin Frailey
1:00-1:45 How to Become a Tree Detective with Craig Kasmer
2:00-2:45 Michigan Rocks with Alan Wernette
All of these are offered in the Science Complex and are certified as sessions to receive SB-CEUs (now known as State Continuing Education Clock Hours) The first two sessions offered by Elkins and Frailey are also offered at the same times Saturday morning at the Student Center .
The MSTA conference is the largest gathering of science teachers in the state. For more information, visit http://www.msta-mich.org/
