'Three Free' Weekend: fishing, off-road riding and state park entry

Grab a fishing rod, ride Michigan’s off-road trails and check out state parks – during our annual "Three Free" Weekend, June 8-9, enjoy it all for two full days. Everyone (residents and out-of-state visitors) is invited. Hope to see you out there!

Free Fishing ►

Twice a year, residents and nonresidents can fish without a license, though all other regulations apply. Get more details, explore local events and find fishing spots at Michigan.gov/FreeFishing.

Free ORV ►

Legally ride 4,000 miles of state-designated routes and trails and the state's six scramble areas without an ORV license or trail permit. Get trail, safety and closure info at Michigan.gov/ORVInfo.

Free Passport ►

Make state parks the background for your fishing trip! This weekend, state parks will waive the Recreation Passport entry fee normally required for vehicle entry.
