Wing Shooting Clinic

6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 26
Department of Natural Resources Rose Lake shooting range
14500 Peacock Road, Bath Township

This free clinic gives new shooters an opportunity to gain experience and guidance in handling and discharging a shotgun at a moving object.

To begin, the course includes a 45-minute, in-classroom discussion and workshop on firearm safety and shooting form, with small-group, hands-on instruction about equipment. That will be followed by instructor-led time on the range shooting clay targets.

Firearms and ammunition will be provided, but participants may bring personal shotguns. Registration is required.
