2018 Pure Michigan Hunt winners take home winnings
 Kevin Ornatowski of Tawas City, Don Rademacher of Lake Odessa and Jim Tilton of Alma, the latest winners of the Pure Michigan Hunt drawing, received
all their winnings at the recent Natural Resources Commission meeting in Grand
Rapids.
Each Pure Michigan Hunt winner will receive a 2018 elk, bear, antlerless
deer, and spring
and fall turkey hunting licenses. They also will get first choice at a managed
waterfowl hunt area on opening morning.
Winners each
went home with a hunting prize
package valued at more than $4,000. Representatives of many businesses and
organizations were present to meet the winners and donate their prizes.

In 2017, 12,708 individuals purchased 35,214 applications, generating
more than $176,000 to help fund wildlife habitat restoration and improvements
in Michigan.
