Space still available in DNR's archery clinic in Ludington Sept. 16
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources will offer an introductory archery clinic at Ludington State Park Saturday, Sept. 16, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Taught by professional archery instructors, the class – for ages 12 and older – will introduce participants to archery as a healthy and fun outdoor activity. Students will learn about the safe and correct way to shoot a bow and arrow and the different kinds of archery equipment available, and will shoot at targets throughout the class and finish the day with a fun competition for prizes.
The cost for the archery clinic is $30, which includes lunch. Participation is limited to 30, and spaces are still available.
Register online at the Michigan eStore.
