Belle Isle Park Advisory Committee to meet Thursday in Detroit
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources today announced that the Belle Isle Park Advisory Committee will meet Thursday, June 15, at the Belle Isle Nature Zoo in Detroit. The public meeting will take place 9 to 11 a.m.
The meeting agenda is available online and includes:
- General updates, including law enforcement, infrastructure planning and events.
- Patronicity campaign for Newsboy Shelter.
- Public comments.
- Belle Isle Conservancy update.
The Belle Isle Park Advisory Committee advises the state on implementation of improvements, master planning and public safety for Belle Isle Park. For information on the committee and the complete meeting agenda, visit www.belleislepark.org.
