Dear Immunization Providers,

Please share the following information with your COVID-19 providers.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has just released new Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA’s) for:

Pfizer-BioNTech:

Moderna:

You can find these and other COVID-19 vaccine information on the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) website at COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Guidance and Educational Resources (michigan.gov). Please be sure to use the EUA’s from the state website because they include the MCIR language on them.

Thank you for helping to protect Michiganders from vaccine preventable diseases.

The Immunization Nurse Education Team,
Andrea, Dianne, Heidi, Sarah, and Terri
