Dear DLBA Constituents,
The entire Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) team hopes that you are staying healthy and safe during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. In response to this public health emergency and Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-21 (COVID-19), our public lobby will be closed, and no in-person appointments will be available until further notice. However, our dedicated staff is working from home and ready to assist you. We encourage you to reach out with questions and concerns via phone or email.

Our Auction, Own It Now, and online Side Lot sales will continue uninterrupted at this time. Buyers and clients can make payments and sign documents electronically or mail them to:

The following public schedule changes are also in effect from now until at least April 13th:

- Office Hours for Community Affairs, Buy Back, and Compliance
- Open House tours for Auction and Rehabbed & Ready properties
- Community Affairs attendance at group meetings
- Postponed:
- Building Blocks and all other DLBA-sponsored events
