EGLE offering sponsorships for events related to energy waste reduction, renewable energy, recycling, and/or sustainability

Sponsorships available for events related to energy waste reduction, renewable energy, recycling, and/or sustainability

Through a new event sponsorship opportunity, the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) is offering up to $2,500 for events related to energy waste reduction, renewable energy, recycling, and/or sustainability. 

Public sector (local governments, schools, universities, etc.), 501c3 or 501c6 organizations, and small businesses (<500 employees) are eligible to apply. To request sponsorship for more than one event, please submit one request that lists all events and total sponsorship request. To be considered for funding, an application must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the planned event. Sponsored events must take place before 9/30/2020.
