EGLE, MMD, has completed its review of the September 14, 2007, License renewal application and the March 4, 2013, revised License and expansion request application from USE for their hazardous waste facility, USE Detroit North, located at 6520 Georgia Street, Detroit, Michigan.
Based on our review, EGLE has issued the License to USE, pursuant to Part 111, Hazardous Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended.
