The Air Quality Division is holding a public meeting/hearing January 23, 2019 starting at 5:30PM at the L'Anse Public Schools. This meeting/hearing is associated with a proposed permit for the permanent combustion of engineered plastic pellets at 157 South Main Street, L'Anse, Michigan. If you are planning to attend the hearing you may find the hearing agenda, as well as the other information below, useful.

This is your time to tell us what you think about the proposed action. MDEQ staff will give you background information about the purpose of the hearing and how comments will be used.
Remember, during the comment period, MDEQ staff will not be responding to your comment.

The comment period will remain open until the end of the hearing. If you have a comment on the proposed permit conditions, comments may be submitted in writing/email at any time during the comment period, or in person at the public meeting/hearing. The information below has been prepared for you to review prior to making your official comment.
