NPDES Annual Permit Billing Invoices for the 2016 fiscal year are now available to pay in MiWaters.  Please see the image below to assist you in finding your invoice in MiWaters.  The payment deadline for NPDES fiscal year 2016 invoices is January 22, 2016.  This deadline date is not visible in MiWaters, but is listed on the paper copies of the invoices.  Please note; any past due balances may be a result of a previous years unpaid invoice or residual interest of a late payment.

In order to pay your invoice by credit card or e-check in MiWaters, you need to have an account set up and be an authorized user for your site.  If you need to be added as an authorized user, please contact the district compliance staff for your county from the map by clicking here.  You can also find more information on MiWaters at www.michigan.gov/miwaters.

For questions related to the status of your permit, how the fee amount was determined, or any other questions related to your permit, please access our NPDES Fee Web site page at www.michigan.gov/deqnpdes and click on NPDES Fees, or contact Ms. Karen Gutting at guttingk1@michigan.gov, or 517-284-5588.  For questions related to past due amounts or information on making a payment, please contact Tyler Wohlfert at wohlfertt@michigan.gov or 517-284-5483.
