Farm to Family is MDARD's innovative, first-of-its-kind program to strengthen agri-food systems across Michigan. Launched in Fiscal Year 2025, the program offers grants, networking opportunities, and marketing consultations to farmers, food businesses, and other local food supply chain stakeholders. To date, the program awarded over $3.4 million of grant funding to create new market opportunities for Michigan farmers and expand Michigan families’ access to fresh, locally grown and raised foods.
