New EPA Requirements for Over-The-Top Dicamba Products
On February 6, 2024, the registrations of the following dicamba-containing products were vacated by federal court in Arizona. In response, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued an order to govern the sale and use of existing stocks of these products:

- Engenia Herbicide (EPA Reg. No. 7969-472)
- Tavium Plus VaporGrip Technology (EPA Reg. No. 100-1623)
Michigan retailers must sell and distribute these products by May 31, 2024, and end-users must apply these products according to label requirements by June 30, 2024.
