2020 Hemp Grower and Processor-Handler

Final Report Submission for the 2020 Growing Season

As you should be aware, all 2020 registered hemp growers and licensed processor-handlers are required to submit a final report on their research activities. A final report template has been developed for this purpose and can be accessed using the below survey monkey link. The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development looks forward to your responses no later than close of business on February 5, 2021.

Completing this survey not only satisfies your 2020 final report requirements, but provides critical data used for continuous program improvement. This survey consists of both multiple choice and fill-in questions and should take no longer than 10 minutes for you to complete. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability and remember to hit the submit button when you are finished. 

Please note, if you are registered as BOTH a grower AND licensed as a processor-handler, you are only required to complete the survey ONE time. It is not necessary to complete the survey for each license type that you held in 2020.

Again, the due date for completion is close of business on February 5, 2021.
