MSDS system maintenance is complete and the system is now online. If you try to log on and receive a message that MSDS is still down for maintenance, please close your Internet browsers, then go to https://sso.state.mi.us/ and try again. This should clear any cached information and allow you to access the system.

The following enhancements have been added:

-          Staging Area: Any user notes that are entered when uploading a file will now display on the staging area detail page.

-          When quality review is run, only business rules for the applicable collection will be used, and only uncertified records will be checked. These improvements should speed up the process.

-          A new report (Early Childhood Special Education Program Designation) has been created for students reported with program code 270 that will help users understand which students are receiving services under an IFSP (271) or an IEP (272).

The following system problems have been fixed:

-          Audit Form: For ISDs, the Total column now displays correctly for the Section 24 row.

-          Quality Review: Users will be able to a list of errors and warnings without receiving an error message.

-          Student Data Downloads: Special Ed Primary Disability codes now display in the correct order.

-          Missing Student Report: Students reported with an exit date prior to June 30, but certified in the SRM Collection after June 30, are now correctly omitted from the report.
