CEPI would like to remind you of the following important upcoming dates:
June through August 2014 Dates
Required Deadlines
- June 30 – MSDS 2014 End of Year (EOY) Collection certification deadline
- June 30 – REP 2014 EOY Collection submission deadline
- June 30 – SID Collection submission deadline
- July 30 – Audit Deadline for Spring 2014 Count
- July 31 – TSDL Collection certification deadline
- August 20 – Early Childhood EOP 2014 Collection certification deadline
Window Closures
- June 13 – Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) Request for UIC window closure (for IHEs only)
- June 30 – 2013-2014 Student Record Maintenance Collection closes
- July 25 – Cutoff date for Early Roster records to be included in the matching for August 4 Direct Certification Report refresh
- August 13 – Cutoff date for Early Roster records to be included in the matching for August 18 Direct Certification Report refresh
- August 27 – Cutoff date for Early Roster records to be included in the matching for September 2 Direct Certification Report refresh
Informational Items
- June 2 – REP EOY 2014 Collection data quality snapshot
- June 2 – SID EOY 2014 Collection data quality snapshot
- June 10 – EOY 2014 General Collection data quality snapshot
- June 30 – Last day to download collections/reports for SY 2012-2013 MSDS Collections
- July 3 – MSDS Application down for maintenance until approximately noon on July 8
- July 4 – Independence Day holiday – state offices closed
- July 14 – EOY 2014 TSDL Collection data quality snapshot
- July 23 – (Tentative) Graduation Rate Appeals Window opens in the MSDS
- August 4 – Initial Direct Certification Report released
- August 18 – Direct Certification Report refreshed
- Mid-August – Appealable Graduation and Dropout rates available in the GAD application.
