July 27 (24 weeks after count day): Spring 2022 Audit deadline for ISD auditors.
Aug. 5: 2021-22 Migrant and General TSDL Collection closes. Records must be certified by 11:59 p.m. EDT.
Due to late changes for the 2022-23 school year, the Fall 2022 General, Fall 2022 Early Childhood and 2022-23 SRM collection schemas have been regenerated.
Fall General and SRM:
- Result of Initial IFSP characteristic (Initial IFSP Component): three codes were added to collect declined and ineligible services.
- Early Childhood Special Education Assessment Component: two characteristics are being retired in 2022-23 and will be removed in 2023-24.
- Part C Assessment Component: four characteristics are being retired in 2022-23 and will be removed in 2023-24.
Fall General, SRM and Fall Early Childhood:
- Supplemental Nutrition Eligibility (Supplemental Nutrition Component): added a code to collect students who are free eligible via Direct Certification extended eligibility.
For additional details, please refer to the schema summaries and the collection component matrix. The collection details manual will be updated next week. Additional communications from CEPI and MDE regarding these changes will be forthcoming.
ISD users must review and certify the Days and Clock Hours submissions for their districts by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, Aug. 1. District users who have not certified their collections must submit and certify as soon as possible to allow the ISD time to review and correct any potential errors.
For the 2021-22 school year, if a district only experienced an attendance shortfall and the only cancelled days were forgiven, they do not need to report day and hour cancellations. Instead, a comment can be added in the Audit section noting that the district had days cancelled that were forgiven.
