EOY General Collection Closeout
The MSDS will be offline beginning Wednesday, July 20 to perform closeout of the EOY 2022 General Collection. We anticipate closeout will take approximately three days. The application will reopen when processing is complete.
Important TSDL Dates
July 25: General TSDL Data Quality Analysis (Mid-Collection 2). If you wish to have your data reviewed, please submit your data before this date.
Aug. 5: 2021-22 Migrant and General Teacher Student Data Link Collection closes. Records must be certified by 11:59 p.m. EDT.
All district users must complete and certify the Days and Clock Hours submission in the EEM by July 16. We encourage districts to submit as soon as possible to allow the ISD time to review and correct any potential errors. ISD users have until Aug. 1 to review and certify the report.
For the 2021-22 school year, if a district only experienced an attendance shortfall and the only cancelled days were forgiven, they will not need to report day and hour cancellations. Instead, a comment can be added in the Audit section noting that the district had days cancelled that were forgiven.
