CEPI applications and MI School Data will be intermittently offline for maintenance on Sunday, Aug. 8 from 6 a.m. to noon EDT. Only limited informational inquires will be available during this time.
CEPI has started sending weekly notifications to district lead administrators containing the UICs of students whose letters were returned as undeliverable.
These notifications are provided so districts can perform outreach to parents/guardians to explain the Read by Grade 3 legislation, their student's score, and options available to them.
CEPI plans to send the final notification to districts the first week of August for any letters not marked as delivered by USPS. District personnel should also check the Dynamic Score Reporting Site through OEAA’s Secure Site to identify students who did not meet minimum ELA scores and reach out to parents/guardians proactively, rather than waiting for letter delivery or email notification from CEPI.
