The Spring 2020 MSDS General Collection is Now Open
Important dates:
- Feb. 12: Spring supplemental count date
- March 5: Data quality checks performed on data submitted before this date
- March 18: Certification deadline
- March 25: Corrections must be complete and data recertified by 11:59 p.m.
Early Childhood Collection Closure Reminders
Feb. 12: Spring 2020 Early Childhood Collection certification deadline. Records must be certified by 11:59 p.m.
GSRP Wait List Reporting
Report children eligible for GSRP but on a wait list as of the Spring 2020 EC reporting period end date (Feb. 5) in the Spring EC Collection. Children who were either on the wait list but removed prior to Feb. 5 or added to the wait list after Feb. 5 should not be reported.
EOY General Collection: New Characteristic
A new characteristic will be collected in the MSDS beginning with the EOY 2020 General Collection:
Characteristic: Tuition Funded Enrollment Component: Membership

With the transition of SCED V1 to V6, we have posted two new resources to help with your TSDL data submission:

SCED Code Changes V1 to V6: provides the SCED Course Codes that were available to use in SCED Version 1 (used for school year 2019-20 and prior) that have either changed or are no longer available in Version 6.

SCED V6 REP Crosswalk: provides the REP Assignment Codes that correspond to each SCED Course Code.
Both of these documents can be found under "Help and Training" on the TSDL web page.
