Sec 32d GSRP Wait List - New Reporting Requirement
Per Public Act 586 of 2018, all districts that receive funds under Sec. 32d(16) have a new reporting requirement for children who meet the GSRP program eligibility criteria under subsection (5)(b) who are on a wait list. These data will be collected initially in the EC EOP 2019 Collection and in the spring for subsequent years.
The MSDS Collection Details Manual v1.4 has been updated with this information, and the EC EOP Collection schemas have been updated on the MSDS Early Childhood Collection website.
A communication from MDE with additional guidance is forthcoming. For policy questions, contact MDE’s Office of Great Start at 517-241-7004.
