CEPI has updated the
calendar
of events with collection activities through the end of September
2018. We will notify you when the balance of the fall schedule has
been posted.
MSDS Offline
September 17 - 20
The MSDS will be
offline for system maintenance in preparation for the 2018-19 school year
starting Monday, Sept. 17 through Thursday, Sept. 20. The Early
Roster and Request for UIC collections will be available the afternoon of
Friday, Sept. 21.
Upcoming collections: The
Fall 2018 General, EC Fall 2018, Migrant TSDL 2018-19, and 2018-19 SRM
collections will open on Wednesday, Sept. 26.
2017-18 SRM Collection Open for GAD Rate Appeals, Section
23a and EL Exits
The 2017-18 SRM Collection closes at

Appealable rates are available for review in the GAD Application for the Graduation Rate Appeals Window. Additional information on August Section 23a Claims and
Exiting Proficient English Learner Students can be found in the Aug. 1 CEPI Announcements.
Tip: If you incorrectly
reported a student as a 2017-18 graduate, you should fix the student's status in the SRM. Set the student's exit status equal to
"19" and "as of date" equal to the "exit date" of
the graduate record previously submitted.
The Fall 2018 REP application is now open. Fall 2018 REP
data are due to CEPI by 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, Dec. 3.

- Addition
of CTE: Computer Information Systems Security/Information Assurance Assignment
Code (00599)
- Removal
of Bilingual Language Specific Assignment Codes

Please visit CEPI’s REP web page to review important resources
for the Fall REP submission.
The GAD, REP, and Nonpublic School Personnel Report have migrated
from MEIS to a more robust security/logon system called MILogin. This moves
CEPI’s applications closer to a single sign-on security
stance. MILogin is the same security system currently used by MSDS and
EEM.
For
more information and to understand how users have been affected by this
migration, please read the MILogin
migration announcement.
The FID application is
now open for the collection of 2017-18 financial data. FID data are due to CEPI
by Thurs, Nov. 1. Support materials can be found on the FID
web page. Information on the Michigan
Public School Accounting Manual is located on MDE’s
website.
EEM Authorized Users can submit data in the Points of Pride section
in the EEM. PoP data will be displayed
on the Parent Dashboard for School
Transparency
beginning this fall.
For
more information on how to view or edit PoP data in EEM, please see
the Points of Pride in
EEM document.
