Collection
The
2017-18 SRM Collection is open until Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
Graduation Rate Appeals Window: This is your final
opportunity to review data used to calculate your graduation rate and submit
SRM corrections, linking and cohort change requests.
August
Section 23a Claims:
Districts that operate an eligible Dropout Recovery Program may claim 1/12th
FTE for each month an eligible student was enrolled and in full attendance.
- Claims may be submitted in the
2017-18 SRM or 2018-19 SRM Collection (opening 9/27/2018).
- Students who are age 20 as of
9/1/2018 must be submitted in the 2017-18 SRM.
Exiting Proficient English Learner Students: If proficient EL
students were not exited in the EOY Collection, please exit them now in the SRM Collection.

Exit date on or prior to 6/30/2018
- As
Of Date must be between 7/1/2018 and 8/31/2018
- Certification
date must be prior to 9/12/2018
Early
Childhood Collection
8/2/18
– Early Childhood Mid-Collection Data Quality Analysis. Take advantage of this
service by ensuring your data are certified or error-free by 11:59 p.m. EDT on
Wednesday, Aug. 1.
8/15/18
– EOP 2018 MSDS Early Childhood Collection closes. Records must be certified by
11:59 p.m. EDT.
The
deadline for ISDs to certify and review district D/CH submissions in EEM is Aug.
1, 2018. Reporting days and clock hours of pupil instruction is required by
state law, and must be completed by all local school districts, public school
academies, as well as by ISDs that operate alternative education programs or
claimed FTE for Special Education Early Childhood programs.

REP
has been migrated to a more robust security/logon system called
MILogin. This moves CEPI’s applications closer to a single
sign-on security stance. MILogin is the same system currently used by
MSDS, EEM and GAD. For more information and to understand how users have been
affected by this migration, please read the MILogin migration announcement.
The Special Ed. Transportation Expenditure
Report (SE-4094) and Special Ed. Actual Cost Report (SE-4096) are now open in FID.
District users should complete and submit the forms to their ISDs by:

New Reports
CEPI
worked with the Talent Investment Agency to create a suite of statewide
workforce reports that show relationships between educational attainment,
fields of study and wages over time. The new reports are expected to be publicly
available within two weeks under the Other & Data Files section.
Preview
Release Scheduled
English Learner Assessment: Shows proficiency and
scaled scores from the WIDA Assessing Comprehension and Communication in
English State-to-State (ACCESS) for ELLs assessment. This report is expected to
be updated with 2017-18 data and released in preview within the next week. The
preview period will last one week.
