GSRP Eligibility Data Submission

Eligibility information must be reported in the EOP 2018 EC Collection for all children served in a Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) or GSRP/Head Start Blend program during the 2017-18 program year. This includes children reported in the Fall and/or Spring EC collections as exited. CEPI will soon send affected entities a list identifying children who must be re-submitted. For policy questions, contact the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) Office of Great Start at 517-373-8483.

Race to the Top – Early Learning Challenge 2017 Highlights

Michigan had another exciting year in 2017 with the Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge Grant (RTT-ELC). MDE and its RTT-ELC partners, including CEPI, made great strides toward the goal of improving access to high quality early learning and development programs statewide. Some highlights can be found on the MDE's Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge Grant web page, under Year 2017 APR Highlights.
