(STARR) Collection. The following information and documents have been added
and/or updated for the 2017 upload:

The following
changes have been made to the STARR data collection and schema this year:
- STARR collection submission dates are August 14 through
October 13
- For enrollment purposes, submit all students who have
enrolled in sessions between July 1 and June 30
- For completion purposes, submit all students who have
conferred an award by August 31
- Added Course Begin Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Added Course End Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Added Session End Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Added ‘Transfer Work Only’ to Postsecondary Enrollment Type
- Added Degree or Certificate Seeking Student (Yes or No)
- Deleted Session Designator
- Student Level Code
- Changed ‘Seeking 4
year Degree’ to ‘Community College Seeking Transfer to 4 Year Only’
- Added ‘Professional
or Technical Credential’

holding webinars to provide training and details for the 2017 STARR and IHE
Request for UIC Collections. We will inform you of the dates and times as soon
as we have them set.
