This notification is being sent to inform you that the IHE Request for UIC Collection will open at 12:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.

This IHE Request for UIC Collection window will close on Friday, February 26, 2015.

Your institution is required to include the unique identification code (UIC) in each student's academic record when it is uploaded into the Student Transcript and Academic Record Repository (STARR) during the fall collection. To obtain the UIC from the student's electronic transcript, do a simple “student search” in the Michigan Student Data System (MSDS) or through the IHE Request for UIC Collection.
