Due Today: Community College and University § 209(5) and § 245(6) Reporting Requirements

This is a reminder that, in accordance with The State School Aid Act of 1979 Section 209(5) and 245(6), ‘Community College and University Section 209(5) and 245(6) Reporting Requirements’ are due to CEPI no later than the close of business today, November 16, 2015. An extra day has been provided beyond the original due date – November 15, 2015 – because the collection date falls on a non-work day.
Of additional note, within the text of the aforementioned legislation, postsecondary institutions in the State of Michigan are required to post this information on their website under the Budget Transparency icon link.
