Ann Arbor: Tonight at the Wednesday Evening Farmers Market

Tonight at the Wednesday Evening Farmers Market

- A special activity for kids from the U of M Conceptual Development Lab (http://sitemaker.umich.edu/gelman.lab/home): "Potted Harry" - kids plant grass seeds in a pot and decorate it with a face so when the grass grows they can style its "hair"!  A fun and educational outdoor activity, perfect for the farmers market!

- Live music from Dark Eyed Molly (www.darkeyedmolly.com)

- Prepared food from Pang Hang Thai Express Cafe, Silvio's Pizza, or try a make-your-own-meal of focaccia bread with veggies from Bova Bakery, fresh cheese from Zingerman's Creamery, and fresh juice from DROUGHT!

Also, there are a few new vendors coming to the market for the first time tonight:
- Bowser Bones, bringing healthy dog treats made with many Michigan-grown ingredients.
- Peas and Carrots Catering, bringing both sweet and savory seasonal baked goods to the market.

Returning Vendors will include:
