Subject: Clarification on Docket for Schools Process

We have received several questions regarding the recent communication about the Docket for Schools process. To help clarify, we would like to outline the tasks that the Maine Immunization Program (MIP) can assist with:
- Uploading your student roster
- Uploading medical exemptions
- Uploading immunization records that are not already in ImmPact
Please note that MIP will not create your student roster for you. Please work with your IT department.
