Our Data Exchange Team is seeing items for adult patients landing in the "fix tool" on ImmPact with nothing displayed in the eligibility column.
This can happen when an invalid VFC code is sent by your EMR. ImmPact cannot determine if these are state or private vaccine and sends them to the fix tool.
The only acceptable eligibility codes for adults are:
- V07 - 317 state supply, uninsured adults
- V01 - Not VFC eligible (Not qualified), private supply
Note: Do not choose Medicaid for adults as this will cause childhood eligibility V02 to be sent.
For children who receive private supply:
- Select V01 - Not VFC eligible (Not qualified)
- Other than historical entries, eligibility should never be unknown.

Primary and Back-up Vaccine Coordinators that have not yet completed the annual educational requirement for the new 2024-2025 fiscal year, have until close of business on Friday, October 25, 2024, to meet compliance. Ordering privileges have already been suspended to those provider sites still without completed 2024-2025 VFC educational module. Any outstanding educational requirement that has not been completed by close of business on Friday, 10/25/24, the provider site may be subject to a probationary period.
As a reminder, the annual education must be done each fiscal year starting 7/1/24. Any education completed, prior to 7/1/24 does not count towards the new program period (7/1/24 – 6/30/25). Education confirmations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
The Adult Vaccine Program has flu vaccine available to order for enrolled providers. This vaccine is for patients aged 19 and older who are under and uninsured. Flu-mist doses are expiring in December (12/9/24). We are encouraging offices to use their remaining Flu-mist inventory prior to the expiration date to minimize waste.
Please be sure to remove and properly label any unused Flu-mist doses from the storage unit to avoid vaccination errors. FluMist Quadrivalent | FDA
