OCFS Announces the CCAP Child Care Employment Award

Starting July 1, 2024, OCFS will launch the Child Care Affordability Program (CCAP) Child Care Employment Award. This initiative is a 2-year pilot designed to provide a workplace benefit for staff working in licensed child care programs in Maine. The CCAP Child Care Employment Award works in tandem with the Child Care Affordability Program to support access to affordable child care for the children of staff working in Maine child care programs.

Please review the CCAP Child Care Employment Award memo for steps to access the award, award eligibility and policies, and a link for an information session at 1pm on July 1st (which will be recorded and available).
