BAP

Bridge Access Program Scheduled to End Early

An announcement was made by the U.S. CDC last week, that the Bridge Access Program (BAP) would be ending earlier than originally planned. The BAP is now slated to end in August 2024 (the exact end date is unknown at this time), prior to the fall rollout of an updated COVID vaccine presentation.

At this time, we are urging providers to reach out to their under and uninsured patients to encourage vaccination prior to the no-cost vaccine becoming unavailable to them.

As more information becomes available, we will  communicate it to you through our weekly updates.

ImmPact User Agreement Update

The Maine Immunization Program has changed their User Agreement process.

Moving forward all users who have an active user agreement on file will not be required to renew for July 1, 2024.

Individuals with existing access to ImmPact must submit a new user agreement if changes are needed to their account (i.e. last name, email, site, user role or a new signing authority).

Any new user must submit a user agreement to gain access.

MIP will conduct user agreement audits throughout the year.

If a user has left your practice, please reach out to the ImmPact help desk to have that user terminated. If you have any questions, please reach out at 207-287-3006 or ImmPact.Support@maine.gov
