SUBJECT:     Increase of 85% State Median Income (SMI)

The Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) has increase the Income Eligibility Guidelines for the Child Care Subsidy Program, soon to be known as the Child Care Affordability Program (CCAP).  The increase will be effective 12/09/2023.
