Dear Provider,

We want to thank you for participating in the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program. We appreciate all of your hard work throughout the pandemic and beyond to ensure that COVID-19 vaccine was widely available to everyone across the lifespan. Without your tireless efforts, many would have gone unvaccinated. We are full of appreciation and thanks for the thousands of lives that you saved.

Attached is a letter from Georgina Peacock, Director of the Immunization Services Division (ISD) in the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) at CDC regarding the discontinuation of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program and next steps in closing out the program.
