The Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) wants you to have the resources that your program needs! Visit our new Quality Rating & Improvement System (QRIS), Rising Stars for ME website!

What is new:

ECE Directors & Owners, get your program ready for Rising Stars for ME and earn a Quality Improvement Award through Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network (MRTQ PDN) by establishing the Director of Record Access (DoRA).
