The Maine Immunization Program (MIP) is pleased to announce that we are in the process of procuring influenza vaccine for adults in Maine who may be eligible to receive 317 vaccines.
Patients MUST meet the criteria below to be eligible:
- 19 years or older
- Uninsured or Underinsured
Individuals who do not meet these criteria must receive privately supplied flu vaccine ONLY.
This vaccine will be available to your facility at no cost and will be available for facilities to order later this fall or winter. If your facility is interested in receiving vaccine, we are asking that you complete the survey no later than close of business on Monday, September 19.
We recognize the timeline is short, however we must request a quick turn-around to meet the deadlines put in place by the Federal CDC. We will not be able to offer extensions.
Please fill out the quick survey below to help us in estimating how much vaccine to request from the Federal CDC. The survey will take no more than five minutes of your time. This is not an order form. Ordering instructions will be forthcoming later.
