As we head into the Holidays we’re sending you a quick guide to help with logistics & trouble-shooting.

Provider sites will receive an email from the distributor when their order is shipping:

Make sure your ‘whitelist’ is up-to-date so emails don’t get lost in spam
Remember administrators can also see details in the shipping reports,
And Controlant dashboards allow visibility on all shipments

Please see the attached contact list for who to call with questions on shipping, temperature excursions, accessing VPoP or VTrckS or VaccineFinder support.
