The Maine Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of MaineCare Services Mainers about the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

The Maine Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of MaineCare Services is enhancing outreach efforts to inform Mainers about the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), also known as Cub Care, with the goal to increase child enrollment in Cub Care so that they have access to important health care services. We are interested in working with childcare providers throughout Maine to reach children and families who may be eligible for Cub Care coverage. In order to effectively reach parents and families, we are sending out a brief survey about your preferences for receiving Cub Care outreach materials that you would be able to distribute to families. The survey will take 3-5 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by Thursday, May 13, 2021.
