COVID-19 Coding and Billing Updates - Corrected ICD-10 Codes

Part of the ICD-10 codes were removed in error when we sent this message a few moments ago. Please see the corrected ICD-10 codes below.

The COVID-19 Codes for Uninsured Individuals and MaineCare Members spreadsheet has been updated to include the following:

HCPC Specimen Codes G2023 and G2024 for independent labs, and C9803 for hospitals
Antibody testing codes 86328 and 86769

Relevant ICD-10 Codes:

B34.2 - Coronavirus infection, unspecified
B97.21 - SARS-associated coronavirus as the cause of diseases classified elsewhere
J12.81 - Pneumonia due to SARS-associated coronavirus
Z11.59 - Encounter for screening for other viral diseases
