Rate Setting Letters on the Health PAS Online Portal 

Updated rate setting letters for Nursing Facilities and Residential Care Facilities are now available on the Health PAS Online Portal. The rate letters include the addition of Supplemental Wage Allowances pursuant to Public Law 2020 Chapter 533 with an effective date of January 1, 2020. You can view them by logging into your Trading Partner Account and following this pathway: File Exchange > Reports > Rate Setting Letters.

Claims Paying Sales Tax in Error When the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Service is Denied, TR 86411

An error was found in claim processing which caused the system to pay the sales tax on a claim even when the DME service was denied.

This has now been corrected. Affected claims will be reprocessed. No provider action is needed.
