Attention Personal Care Agencies: Corrected Rate Update for T1019 U7, CR 90304 and CR 92002

T1019 U7 in the Personal Care Agency fee schedule was set incorrectly at 5.03 from July 1, 2018 through November 27, 2019. The correct rate is 5.13 from July 1, 2018 to current. Affected claims will be reprocessed. No provider action is needed.
