Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Maine CDC) is hosting the 2019 Northeast Epidemiology Conference in Portland, Maine, on November 14-15, with pre-conference meetings on Wednesday, November 13. This will be a dynamic opportunity for Northeast state and local public health staff and epidemiologists to share information on current disease control activities, disease trends, and disease prevention activities. Td Vaccine is Now Available to Order
The Maine Immunization Program is pleased to announce that we are now offering Td (Tenivac) vaccine. For more information on routine and catch-up vaccination recommendations with Td vaccine, please read the memo, sent out to MIP providers on October 18th.

Avoid giving patients outdated Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) by signing up for reminder alerts when new ones are available! The CDC website has the option available for providers to sign up for reminders to be sent directly to their emails when updated VIS are available. To sign up, click here.
